Summer is almost here and that can only mean one thing: the Birdhouse skateboard team is about to hit the road again. TheTony Hawk's Pro Skater HD presents the Birdhouse Left Coast Tour will take on the West Coast including at stop at Woodward Tahoe on July 18th. Even though the excitement had been building since the plans were finalized back in early 2011, one of Woodward Tahoe's most anticipated features, the Super Tramp, was actually one of the very last things to be installed. It was well worth the wait!

Light Up the Open Sign, It's On!
From conception to completion Woodward Tahoe was a significant undertaking over a year in the making. And then, just like THAT, it was all over. In the split-second it took lead designer and builder, Nate Wessel, to take down the ribbon, the beginning of this incredible journey had come to an end. Woodward Tahoe was now officially open for business. Thanks to a lot of hard work and the several thousand people in attendance the Grand Opening of Woodward Tahoe was most definitely an overwhelming success.
